The Dashboard is essentially the 'homepage' for your CannyBill system. From here you can see important at-a-glance information regarding how well your billing system is performing; usage information such as Invoice, Sales, Client and Package Statistics, as well as login information and latest news from the CannyBill HQ.

Welcome & Login Report

Welcome

Your Welcome message tells you which plan you are currently signed up for and how much of your client allowance you are using, as well gives you the option of upgrading (or downgrading) to an aternative plan, should you need to.

Login Report

Every login attempt - successful or not - is logged in your admin panel, so you can easily check the IP address and username / password combinations for each attempt, for security purposes.

Note: remember to change your passwords regularly, using a combination of letters and numbers for added security.

Usage Statistics

Invoice Statistics

This section shows how many active invoices you currently have in your account, be they paid, due or overdue. This allows for a quick summary of how many invoices have been issued and how many are yet to be paid.

Sales Statistics

This is an overview of how funds have been paid to you compared to how many active clients you currently have, over the past month and year.

Client & Package Statistics

The client and package statistics is a breakdown of all clients and packages in your CannyBill admin.

Active: All active clients/packages.

Pending: Clients/packages which have been ordered but are pending payment before the account is created.

Suspended: If auto-suspend is on, these are your clients/packages that have received x-amount of reminders and have now been suspended.

Cancelled: These are all your clients/packages that have been cancelled

Error: These are all your clients/packages which have encountered an error during the signup process or with the renewal (if available).
